  • Free shipping is available on orders over $300.00 (grand total)

  • Available carriers and services include:

    • USPS Priority

Order Processing

  • Orders placed, paid, and fully processed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day

Shipping Liability & No Guarantee of Delivery

By placing an order with ZaZaBio.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All shipments are sent at the customer’s sole risk once they leave our facility

  • ZaZaBio.com does not guarantee delivery under any circumstances

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages

  • Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, etc.) are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or replacements

Tracking information is provided for all shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status and ensure secure receipt of the package.

International Shipping Disclaimer

For all international orders:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with their country’s import laws and regulations

  • ZaZaBio.com makes no guarantees that shipments will clear customs

  • If a package is:

    • Held

    • Delayed

    • Seized

    • Destroyed

    • Returned

By customs authorities, ZaZaBio.com is not responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements

  • Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • We do not provide documentation beyond standard shipping declarations

By purchasing internationally, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the risks of importing research materials

  • You accept full liability for any customs-related issues

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled

Signature & High-Value Orders

ZaZaBio.com reserves the right to:

  • Require signature confirmation on any order

  • Upgrade shipping methods at its discretion for security purposes
